2020 Spring Symposium(ish)

We are excited to (re) announce our 4th annual (and 1st virtual) TPER Spring Symposium(ish)
We’ve gone online and spread the activities out over three short afternoon events.

April 29th, Antony Williams (USEPA) will be leading a discussion on how to build your online profile and share you research through social media as a scientist. This is at 1:30 CST.

April 30th, We will hold our annual panel discussion, this time with a focus on science communication and miscommunication. This events begins at 2:30 CST.

Wednesday May 6th, Science at a distance: A moderated discussion and community check in about well being and research during a time of social distancing 
Wednesday, May 6, from 2:30-3:30 pm.
The discussion will be moderated by the TPER planning committee, and we will be joined by special guests from the UMN Medical School:
 – Sharolyn Kawakami-Schulz, Director of the Office of Professional Development
 – Colin Campbell, Associate Dean for Graduate Education.
